FAQ'S

What does the $299 cover?

The $299 fee covers our initial disease risk profiling, historical record analysis, and diagnostic recommendations for you during your insitial consultation with your personal Everlab doctor.

You can opt-out without extra charges post this consult if your needs aren’t met. We will contact you before charging the remaining amount of your health check fee (assuming you elect to continue).

How much does it cost after the first consultation?

The cost of your health check will vary depending on the specific tests prescribed by your personal Everlab doctor. You can expect to pay between $900 and $2,700, in addition to the $299 initial consultation fee. This price includes all tests, as well as any time spent with our clinical specialists (doctors, dietitians, physios, and more).

What happens after the initial consultation?

After your first consultation, you will receive a summary of the session, including an outline of the diagnostics prescribed to you. If you decide to continue, you will then book in your specific testing to be completed at one of our diagnostics labs.

You can also opt-out without extra charges post-consult if your needs aren’t met.

What if I decide not to continue?

After the first consultation, our team will follow up and you'll have the chance to withdraw from the health check if you feel like we won't address your chronic disease risks.

What medical data do you consolidate?

We gather your pathology and imaging from major Australian providers. For private, specialist or smaller provider results, you can also upload these results in your Everlab Dashboard to have your complete health profile in one place. This allows us to create a complete and personalised health profile for you.

How is my personal and medical data secured?

Your data is secured on our internal backend system. Only your assigned doctor and dedicated care manager can access your records, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Does medicare or private heath insurance cover any of the costs?

All tests that are covered by Medicare have already been reflected in the price.

Unfortunately, private health insurance does not currently cover the cost of these tests. Our focus is on advanced, specialised testing that offers deeper insights into your health, while private insurers generally take a more reactive approach to health coverage.
